Day 2 of our bushcraft Dayz started nice and early with the setting up of our ‘campsite’ once again.
a quick parade and the guys started by making some camp gadgets and learning a new figure 8 lashing to make wash stands.
We had bit of rain come over and we all hid under the shelter discussing what to do next but luckily it was a very short shower. but it proved a bonus to us as the Bushcraft OAS required us to build and light afire in wet conditions so the guys went to work starting our lunch time fire pit. Many ferro rods were sacrificed for this attempt.
Success Was Achieved and lunch was soon cooked and consumed
The rest of the day was designing and building some bush shelters
